Burning Rock Sneak Peek [Warning - Image Heavy]

After the GM Mob Event in Elderine yesterday Dakkon called for people with Blue Menian suits to gather at the arena and he was going to take them hunting. Well, hell, I'm always game for a little adventure so i popped into the shop on the corner and grabbed up a blue suit and went hunting . . . in Burning rock!

Before we get to the sneak peek:
1. No we did not get plvl'd - normal exp for normal kills
2. No I did not get to kill enough Fire Nix to complete the quest - we were only there for 15 - 20 minutes and we were not partied so we didn't get credit for every kill.
3. No, there were no stellar drops. I picked up about 4 drops, same as i usually get in CP.

Anyway, sneak peek time:

Lets start with the map and see where we are being taken (for our slaughter - yes, us, not the mob, us. No, actually some people did die but we rezzed em - no special protection from the GM's):

Fire Nixes - I have 5 of the 150 I need for Curly's quest - I helped kill more than that but only KS on 5:

I cropped this one coz it looked close to the last one but I liked the purple rock and the Jewel Tree guy so I thought this might make it into a siggy one day:

Okay, that's it. Yep, screenie not near as good as Blaaaahs usually are, but I may have my resolution set to low (us older folks need things enlarged for better viewing, eh eh, make trade-offs to get by.)

did they lower the level of the mobs or something? shouldnt those things be very hard for u guys to kill??

were u not allowed to form a party?

I don't think they lowered them but some of them Dakkon or SnakeEyes would round up and hit once or twice and took them down a bit then we jumped on and finished them off.

And the mobs still did decent damage to us. I got kinda low on hp a couple of times and I had to rez someone a couple of times, not sure who but we actually had a L29 in there, so I think it may have been him.

And no one said don't party up, some people may have been partied. I wasn't and I didn't think to ask before we headed out and quickly encountered the Fire Nixes.

@ lightningmystix - yeah, they said BLUE Menian suit specifically so they wanted coordination for the screenies in that regard. Something to do with a future event. So, now we can speculate on the event coz my first thought was teams of different colors working toward the same goal to win - blue team, red team & yellow team maybe.

In my defense, I had NO clue she was in Burning Rock cheating on my stepdad with SnakeEyes.

We always party together if we are logged on together, so how would I know. Its not like she TOLD me where she was.
