Is there a way to UNBLOCK people?

I blocked a couple of my friends cuz they were annoying the crap out of me. Is there a way to unblock people???

It really comes down to 2 ways:
  1. Delete C:Program Files\Outspark\Fiesta\ressystem\blist.shd **Unofficial**
  2. Reinstall Fiesta
