Gifting Policy Update [November 25th, 2014]
Hello Isyans!
As requested, you may find the current gifting policy below.
Please note that the gifting policy did not recently change, this is just to inform anyone who is unaware or has questions.
The following gifting restrictions were set to prevent the system from being abused. You must:
[U]<li>have a minimum level 30 character on your account
</li><li>have already spent at least $100 USD in the past 3 months
</li></ul>
If all requirements are met, you are allowed to gift up to 50% of what you've spent.
tl;dr - As long as you spend an average of $33-34/month, you should always be able to gift.
