GREETINGS AND WELCOME TO SERENITY RECRUITING THREAD
As most people already know Serenity has become a relatevely old guild on Teva and is now a well known guild on the server.
We are one of the top guilds on the server and our goal is to stay where we are now.
We are a friendly community to both members and outsiders, we offer grind parties (when we can though we cannot guarantee u this), we organize events and we help our members to the best of our abilities (attention though begging will not be tolerated no matter what forms will it take, whether is for items, whether is for money or leveling).
We are currently recruiting level 70+ players, helpfull and friendly.
Rules of Serenity
Peace Time Rules
1. No KSing aka Kill Stealing
2. No flaming people whether they are members or outsiders
3. Guild members take priority over outside players
4. Carry yourself in a respectful way and bring honor to our guild
5. No barging into people's spots and respect the rule of the first comer when it comes to grinding
War Time Rules
1. No shroom/afk/spawn kill unless the opponent overdoes it and we are forced to retaliate in a similar manner
2. Work as one and rather than playing hero by yourself work as a team with your fellow party members or other guild members
3. Try to stay out of conversation with the opponent especially in a war that is not friendly because arguing over things in time of war only makes things worse
Advantages of Serenity
1. You will be part of one of the strongest guilds on the server which results in automatic protection.
2. The members of Serenity will always try to help you if u need help with quest/leveling/etc, unless they are afk or unavailable for some reason.
3. The guild never turns their back on a member and will try its best to help out whether in time of peace and war.
4. You are not forced to participate in a war YET we encourage everyone to participate in wars as its a good way to practice team work amongst members (ATTENTION: We do not war often and when we do is either for a good reason or friendly).
5. The community is friendly, talkative, and a good bunch of people.
Reasons Serenity Might War
1. Outsider players showing lack of respect to people and continuously acting aggressive when admins are trying to solve things through diplomacy.
2. We agree with the opponent for a friendly war.
3. If we get declared upon without warning we will face the opponent and murder them xD.
4. Some people and guilds are unable to fend for themselves, if we find they are bullied, harassed or jumped THAT is one reason where Serenity jumps in, protect the weaker when he/she is unable to fend for himself. (before jumping in a war a good analyze of the circumstances will be made to make sure we are not at wrong)
Current Goals
1. Have 10+ capped players before cap is removed
2. Have 25+ members at level 70+ by the time cap is removed
Optional Goal - 30 members at level 70+
VERY IMPORTANT: once u join Serenity IF u r active and friendly u will absolutely never be banned from the guild disregarding your level (u may be 20 levels lower than all the other members, if you are active you will not be banned for a ridiculous reason such as "well u r to low to be with us anymore"). There are other values rather than power that are much more important (ex: friendliness, helpfulness honor, and trust).
If there is no UNITY power means nothing, the key to success is teamwork.
Recruiting System!!!
1. Post your level/class here or pm me whether is in forums or via whispers ingame.
2. You need to have a letter of recommendation prior to joining (very important but there will be rare cases where this step will be skipped depending on a number of different variables). IF this second step goes well and the recommendation comes from a highly trusted person the next 2 steps might or might be skipped.
3. An interview will take place with at least me and 2 other admins from which we can get some answers and form a general opinion about yourself.
4. A brief test of ability to see how well u can do in your class, in order to pass a B is required.
5. You are presented with the rules of the guild, if you agree on them, you are free to join our adventure.
