can i stil do class upgrade at lvl 21

yeah so i did 2 kq in a row for lvls and it doesn't seem like i can upgrade my class nemore. i talk to scout at eld rine, he doesn't give me a q uest and neither does sean.

yes you should be able to do them anytime after lvl 20..

Try talk to Shutian in Elderine, he's in the middle of the 4 skill masters..

Go To Shutian in Eldy. When you click on him to talk to him, click the option on the far right, which will show up when you have multiple quests from the same NPC. Click on the ones that you haven't started yet, and this should give you your job change quest.

pretty much you just have to go to shuitan i think the quests name is :if you want to become stronger, but i could be wrong havent did a promo quest in a long time
