Acording to the GM they dont know when the coin will be given out but it will be before the 30th.
As on the 30th we trade the coin in for the coat of arms

Boy, wish I could've trained Orcs into Uruga to take out BDex's shop!!!

If you tried that on his cleric your attempt would fail since he can not be over Lv 71 for that to work or Orcs wont aggro him.
