Why do people always say get SPR to 25?

I believe it's coz 25 points in SPR will give u 5% critical rate.

And then you can capped apparently... but i dunno if they mean by u wont get anymore crit % if u add more SPR, or u cant add SPR pts at all.. will need someone else to clarify that...

It's because after 25 SPR, the %of crit for each SPR goes down. Instead of .2% crit at 26+ SPR, you get .1%. That's why most people cap it at 25.
