Cap Raise April 22

I just received an e-mail from Outspark listing the cap raise date as April 22 - next Wednesday. Get ready for all of the capped people to go crazy now.

I probably won't start lvling until the release the greens for the new levels, otherwise its kinda pointless. I bet they won't have all the quests ready and also there will be new kqs without quests like GM KQ is atm.
