I think I remember asking this before...
Do you guys know of a free program that will let me create and edit .gif
I had one before installed with my Photoshop, but when I upgraded I think I lost it...I dont remember what it is.
Help plox D:

GIMP should handle regular GIF work. I'm not sure how well it does animated stuff, though.
