Log in to Fiesta on the character that has a quest for Orc Captain. Next, open the area map and and look for the box in the upper left corner. This will allow you to pick the map for FoS. When you open that map, any mob that exists on that map that you need for a current quest will show a number corresponding to the correct quest for where the mob is. For example, if quest 4 on your list is Orc Captain, a 4 will show up on the map to show you where they are. If that doesn't work, I think they used to be just off the path near Helga's Tomb.
