Can't move from GC to CP

It just doesn't work...it stops at the now loading screen and doesn't load.
It works the other way though.

How do I solve this problem?

Um...do you mean that not all the letters fill up with color or it just stays white? Sometimes my letters just stay white when loading a KQ and I have to relog. Was this just today? Relogging might help.
