Wtf os?!

Well now it's obvious to all fighters who know about it, but stacking isn't allowed anymore (thanks to os). Why is that? if anyone knows -.-

stacking is when you can stack the dmg numbers on top of each other, add more and more dmg that usual. I cant explain it, mainly b/c i was asked not to.
