Armor/Weapon Partial Revisions

Someone made edits changing the Armor/Weapon pages, and I might have to revise them to earlier edits, so just letting whoever know so they don't change it back.

Though I do like how the Armor tables are now organized, the shirts of levels 60, 99, and maybe between can only be in the same Tier as the rest of that type or armor, but that isn't how they are in-game.
Ex: 54 boots [2], 56 helmet [2], 58 pants [2], 60 shirt [3], but it can only appear as T2 under that system.

With weapons, I'm changing sub-sections back to the type of weapon and shield, for better organization. (Its "Fighter Weapons" "Fighter Shield" now, as opposed to "Axes" "Two-Handed Swords".) IMO, the edits to weapons were completely unnecessary. The tables have ugly color-codes, are incredibly cluttered, and were probably made so a person could get credited as a main contributer, or whatever. Yeah, I know its opinion, but when you edit you should add something useful, not unnecessary. I don't want to be harsh... But yeah. Also not trying to flame/hurt feelings of whoever did it.

And gray & white is more professional than lilac-blue & purple/red/green. ;D
