The way that will best describe the section of debuffs is hard to figure out. Buffs is easy, Self, Group, Target, Scrolls, and Potions.

But with debuffs there are other considerations to account for. But I think I have figured out a layout.

Im slightly confused with how its set up since all the debuffs can be used by both monsters and players and can be used against all monsters and every player.
