Learning Japanese is very hard

Lol i want to learn japanese cause in five years im going to move there and I need to learn a second language... but i bought a book on the basics and im confused 0_0 has anyone else had/have a similar problem with learning japanese or another language :-?

The first few years of learning Japanese wasn't too bad. By the time I was in my final year of high school I was so sick of it though. I mostly blame the teacher...

I think i just have a hard time Grasping the consept of only 101 sylables in Japanese from 3,000 in English but im ok at the other stuff T~T

I believe I'm just natrually (whats the word..) not talented in learning another language..

I would love to speak japanese but nothing's staying in my head..

If you want to learn a language, immerse yourself in it. Find something you like from the culture. Like if you like anime, watch ones with subtitles then gradually get yourself to watch raws, etc.

Though manga would be better with sentences and such.
