how?
ok, since recently ive been super bored cuz my internet is hella gay and lags whenever I play online games. Now im drawing cartoony ppl or friends, loveless seen one, but once I scan it, it turns out all weird and yellow until it gets cleaned,like how ppl who cleans newly scanned manga. Anyone know a free(no work yet so i cant afford to buy photoshop and stuff :/) way to clean the pic so I don't have to bother loveless or any other ppl to help me do it?

I will check out GIMP and let you know.
If you had Photoshop you would use Levels to adjust the black/white... if not, you can bug me, lol.

new how?: how do I draw over my sketch with Photoshop in sharpie marker like how I draw over with a marker?
