I got buffed by Booyah and when Hester tried rebuffing to make the time reset, it worked(for a few mins xD) but then went back down to whatever it was at before she did =\ HP/SP was not effected though.

Wow! Made my head spin.
Do we have a cleric with T1 buff who can test this with Spirit and her T2 buff?
We can get one of my mules to sit on a stump for a an hour or two and watch what the buff does over time.
Get Spirit to buff her with a T2 first and half hour later get someone with a T1 buff to rebuff her.

Edit:
Can't we test this ourselves?
Buff ourselves with T2 buff and then try it with the T1 buff?

@Forever: Yeah, maybe that's what happened. Cos I only saw it go to 59 minutes, and I didn't look after that. It probably went down without me noticing.

wow that's an interesting observation...
i wont be surprised of that's the case....
so we've established that you cant buff DOWN someone...
now we just gotta check if a T1 buff, can extend the time of a T2 buff... (which sounds like its a bug if u can LOL)

If I remember correctly off of some site it should be the same as restore in which if it is a lower lvl it won't affect the endure buff at all. Though why would he get mad I'll never know because I never get buffed so I would be happy to get one anyways. But it shouldn't affect the T2 buff at all.
I think you are using the word friend a bit loosely there.
And yes the block rate goes down from .1% to .05% not .2% to .1%.
