Un-tiered skill list for archers

I think I should only empower un-tiered ones. DON'T ARGUE WITH ME ON THIS, IT'S NOT THE POINT OF THE TOPIC. I want a list of un-tiered archer skills. Add to it whenever you want. The only ones I can think of right now are: Nature's Protection Nature's Mist
