Un-tiered skill list for archers

I think empowering tiered skills is a waste, since you'll be buying higher-tiered ones later. I think I should only empower un-tiered ones. DON'T ARGUE WITH ME ON THIS, IT'S NOT THE POINT OF THE TOPIC. I want a list of un-tiered archer skills. Add to it whenever you want. The only ones I can think of right now are:

Nature's Protection
Nature's Mist

Nature's Protection is to take away aggro, Natures Mist is a poison arrow AOE o.O Unless I have something wrong here xD...

I honestly do feel like an idiot. Those two are the only skills that have one level/tier, aren't they?

Not sure exactly what you are talking about but... like lets say you empower Aimed Shot at level 3, then you get an upgrade of Aimed shot, the empowerments go with the new upgrade.

but seriously, there's no need to be embarrased about not knowing that. most people ask that question when they start the game (including me). this is the only game i've seen with a skill system like this.
