Hmm it's not that rare.. if you grind for an hr or two you should get at least 1..?

Though, very often teh stats are not get good (level 80 armour with 1 STR 1 END, mage EQ with max STR, fighter stuff with lotsa INT... you get the idea)

So it's not that rare... it's only rare if you want good stat stuff..

just to let you know theres no forging
unless you consider production skills forging
but you cant make weapons/armors

Yeh, I get them often. Like level 40 wands with +20int..
