Is it really starting over if you have your character (same level) transfered, though?
Some will probably quit during CB/OB, and that's unavoidable. There's no point in even playing until the final version if you know there's going to be a wipe.
I'm guessing/hoping that their CB will be like our CB 1, then an OB like our CB 2, then final. Hopefully.

There's info that they will not be touching their accounts. Meaning there's no data transfer. So they will have to restart again, with new names, back at Level 1.

Outspark says that? Because Alpha has said a few times that they are doing transfers, and transfered characters will be on an "advanced server"... Whatever that means. Edit: Dunno. Haven't seen the site in a day or two.

Agreed. All the hard work they've done. Raflisha is one of my guildies and she's a 70+ cleric, she won't be with us anymore because of this IP block.
It's a damn shame.

Hmm. It's been several days now. As far as I know, people like Booyah should've been banned. But they're not.
We know that Outspark Should have all Europe IP's banned. So unless people majorly switched to proxies, did Outspark do something?
My point here is this: Did they create their own proxy server?
Just thinking about random stuff.
