Might I suggest a Services sub-forum in the Marketplace forum?

For example, I'm willing to make Tier 1 and 2 Enhancement stones if provided the materials, and I was contemplating putting it in the Marketplace forum, but there's no forum really suited for that. D:

Hmm, that section might not be used that often and as Sheapy said, buyers will be prioritizing on free services which will then destroy the purpose. I suggest the Selling section for that since it is most related.
