That's just the forum being lenient...
if they ban 100% of all swearing then we'll have people jumping up an down going "OMG i cant even say what I want now? Is ONE swear word really gonna be bad blah blah blah blah"
We would appreciated it if there's 100% no swearing.. but if someone have to slip one or two then we let it slide...
1 or 2 swear word "is allowed" but "not appreciated"....
I'd say its a buffer zone.. a gray area where its neither correct or incorrect

Humanity isn't perfect and pretty much everyone swears believe it or not.
I find that more kids tend to pick up swearing from tv programs, video games, and friends more than an online forums.
In the end, kids are gonna end up swearing anyways one way or another.Just look at society today...

So why is like 20 F words a big difference? If there are 20 F words they will see it. If there is 1 F word they will still see it.

It makes a big difference because if the more kids see it, the earlier they will start using it in life, and get them in troubles. Kids are like sponges, they suck in anything you said instantly.

Also, it doesnt matter where ELSE a person of any age are exposed to excessive swearing... there are places that allows offensive materials...
THIS FORUM SAYS NO SWEARING
to limit offensive language.
Kids reading these forum is ONE of the many reasons for no swearing.
the atmosphere in this forum is clean and free (as much as possible) of offensive talking.
I seriously dont understand why you're still trying to argue about why we allow 1 and not 20.
If your parents gives you $20 a week for pocket money, well.. $1 isnt any different from 20, its all still money, and you get to buy things with it.
Why do u still want $20 instead of $1?
I wonder.

Firstly repitition is used for effect, not getting words into people's heads.
Secondly why would it stick to them? They get the main word anyway. I don't see how repeating lots of words are going to help them stick to it.
Thirdly, money is irrelevant a complete bad example to this.

*points at my post above you*
Kids are like sponges, they suck in anything you said to them.
And if repetition is used to effect, it effect other people.

How about this:
Some people just don't APPRECIATE swearing.
So if you gotta swear, take your swearing somewhere else where people actually appreciate it.
