Okay, I was about to start a grind session in 70 abyss (I always make about 100s in 30-45 minutes) and this 7x fighter asks to party me and my guild mate (who's a 7x archer). He said someone took his room and he wanted revenge. How could I say no?
Anyway, these had to be the worst mages in Apoline. Why stand so close together? NOVA! Why is the fighter running? FEAR! Why are mages not using pots in between stones? Stupid.
One of the mages had to be at least 70 because he had the full 7x getup. He was almost dead when I Chain Cast 2 Fire Bolt level 8 with max damage empowerment (instant cast baby)! He started running after I popped him with a critical level 2 Fire Ball. I killed him with a lightning blast while giving chase....
LIGHTNING BLAST. I had enough time to type
"you died from lb"
My archer guild mate poisoned the other mage and he was near death when I cast Nova again on him. He went down pretty quick. I don't care what anyone says....If a
Scout & Enchanter attack the same player you will die....period. I haven't seen anyone take that much damage and live, except a 75+ fighter that was charmed (and he still died we had a Paladin with us).
The fighter did something stupid I thought....he went right after our fighter pal. Bad move. I thought he would rush me first (due to me having the lowest HP/DEF), but while I was chasing my that 7x to the exit he was wailing on our fighter party pal. I turned around and cast Mind Drain on his ass while my fighter friend stunned him....then he got poisoned by the archer. And down comes another Nova....
I think we all know what happened from here.
PvP is fun, but a good party is better. Although I had just met the guy, we all knew our strengths weaknesses, and technically only the fighter took any real damage. Haha, I always give my party mates scrolls for protection, and it pays off when people try to snipe you and other players attack lower levels for gay kill points. At any rate I'm proud of myself.
