theres new quests and they have combined some into one from what I've noticed.

Npc: Skill Master Ruby
Task: Collect 2 Clam Meat
Reward: 16 Experience, 21 Copper, 2 Fame

Name: My Favorite Clam 2 (Repeatable I think)
Npc: Skill Master Ruby
Task: Collect 3 Clam Meat
Reward: 4 Experience, 3 Copper

Name: Despicable Little Ones
Npc: Weapon Title Merchant Zach
Task: Kill 20 Litte Hobs
Reward: 27 Experience, 22 Copper, 2 Fame, Roumen return Scroll

Name: Part Time Job for Julia Collecting the Recovery Stone Ingredients
Npc: Healer Julia
Task: Collect 1 Sea Mushroom and 2 Starfish
Reward: 3 Experience, 2 Copper, Roumen Return Scroll

Name: Blue Crab Dish 2 (Repeatable)
Npc: Ancient Templer Maria
Task: Collect 12 Blue Crab Meat
Reward: 12 Experience, 10 Copper, 1 Fame

If you guys check the wiki i already added all of it. I started over and wrote down all the quests =P. i got 1 - 9 done and will finsih up through 13 or so tonight

That is referring to the Kingdom Quests. You have to complete a Kingdom Quest (level 7-16) to complete the quest, I think. Check there for info about the first KQ:

I'm pretty sure they were combined. I don't remember running into the other two, and I think I did all of my quests.

Seems they only combined the first few quests and then left the rest normal. They also removed some quests

Ohh okay. I just added level 17 quests. I skipped the ones from 14-16 because when CB2 started, all my quests that were half done were deleted, so I didn't get all the quests in those levels and stuff. Dx

Edit: I also chucked the level 17 quests into wiki.

Edit 2: I just added level 18 quests and chucked that into wiki as well. I put the Mara Lairs 1 quest in level 17 because it's for the kingdom quest, but can someone confirm that? Because I actually didn't get that quest at level 17 but at 18, but I wasn't sure if it's because I was blind and didn't see the egg on top of the NPC when I walked past it when I was level 17.

tx, i read the wiki explain but it dosnt say how to make, i mean where i must go to start the party..
