Design a Class!

A summoner class that instead of summoning a monster it calls upon its soul to merge with them and transform. If they summon a say a fox soul they'll change into one with increased speed or critical hit/rate. If it's a bear, increased HP and so on.

Of course it can become OP so there will either be a longer cooldown or a "spirit bar" that needs to fill by killing their enemy mob. Their weapon will be a summoning book.

They'll be a jack of all trades class... :3

See when I think summoner I think of the monster being called not merging with them, but rather being controlled by them like you state in your first sentence. However, that is an interesting idea. Though what about Warlock's bird mode? That is kind of like the summoning you mentioned I believe.

It would bee a different and interesting class, but yeah definitely could be OP, but you never know until they're put into the actual game environment.

I always thought a monk class would be fun. As for weapons, it would probably be a mixture of things such as brass knuckles, weapon gauntlets/gloves and maybe a few smaller heals and magic skills. They would be a hand-to-hand combat class with a little spiritual connection for the magic skills and healing through meditation. Of course, their skills wouldn't replace that of a cleric or mage but they would be there to aid a team wherever they are needed.

I'd add a kind of ninja class... Not like an archer, but one that uses knifes or something like that, and high attack speed, low damage, but awesome DEX. Anyway, I love the Cleric

dude, the attack speed is max 1 sec on godly weps... wats the point of increasing att speed... unless u make it 0.1 sec, then im all out for it...
