outspark will ban europe players?

I heard Europe Fiesta (gamigo) will ban usa, philipines and another one because they dont have the game rights or whatsoever.

But will outspark ban europe players?!

Outspark is superior to europe fiesta. More updates better community..

europe fiesta is filled with german people. Germans refuse to speak english (because they cant) French refuse to speak english (because they cant)

So will outspark ban europe players?

Will outspark ban players from The Netherlands (Holland) ?

i think the agreement they came to was that any accounts that were already made at whatever date it was can stay but no more european accounts can be created

I think they already banned Europe, but for Europe players already playing Fiesta before the IP block, they can still play.
