Spicy food

Has anyone every trained themselves into eating spicy food?

I don't eat spicy stuff myself, it burns my mouth and I can't take it very well..

but I've been told many times how that I'm missing out on good food (mainly food that THOSE people enjoy..)

Some said you can train yourself to take it.. has anyone done that?

I don't know about being trained, but I live in Louisiana. Spicy food is just sort of...normal.

Lol I guess training means working your way up XD I enjoy very spicy foods...just can't eat a lot of it :P

There's a scale you can start from the top and work your way down.

It's not like you're missing out but a bit of heat definitely makes things better. Not the numbing sort of heat but the flavourful kind.
