disconnection when trying to vend

I have had a problem with disconnection when I try to vend.

I can play for hours with out any disconnection and then set up a shop and bang 5 minutes later d/c.

I have tried restarting but that doesn't seem to help either.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I used to have problems staying in-game while vending as well. Back then I opened up a browser in the background and it helped me to stay online...

I have had that problem also. Never knew why or how to fix it, but I will try what Loveless suggested for a while and see if it helps with mine.

Turning off all of your chat really helps with that. At least, it did with me.

Does your internet disconnect when your computer goes into sleep mode? Mine does... so now I have it set so that my pc doesn't go into sleep mode.
