Yes it is. Gel is used to style your hair so it goes into a specific shape. keeping your hair down/flat, that's only one style. Gel is like... used for everything when it comes to hair.

Like, maybe it's not a bad song and I can definitely see it playing in a club or something. But I don't think there's anything special about it.
