Here's my question:
How does Outspark determine what changes to make to the game? Do they look at tickets submitted? Browse through forums? Get info from CLs? Polls? Etc.

Here is my question..
- Helga Weapon has insane damages, will you guy lower the damage during the next cap raise to 105? It is just my imagination to see a fighter full end gear +9 lvl 90+ fighter withCookie, Extender, +9 Helga axe 4000 ~ 6000+...
