Playing both is a nice balance. Mages are weak, but do a lot of damage. So when you're tired of dying, standing back nuking, and being all weak, you can go onto a fighter, have high endurance and feel like you're unstoppable. Well, thats how it is for me.

I agree with Yosei. I'm currently a fighter, but if/when I do make a secondary character I'm going to make a mage, as it'll be a great contrasting style

Hmm. Thanks guys! =)
I think that if I ever get tired of my mage, I'll level up my 13 Fighter. The problem is, my fighter is pretty crappy and it is quite a bit more fun on my mage. =/
