OnsOnSoft doesn't own BK (OnsOnSoft owns Fiesta)
BK is owned by Hi5 Entertainment meaning they can have their own ToS...
one of the parts of the ToS we didn't read was the part saying that if you connect from outside of Japan, or even if the think you are, they can ban you without notice.
It's all about them =/

See... there was a guy that was helping us... and he lives IN Japan...
but he was banned as well... and we have no idea why.
BK was being gay I guess =/
So it's not about knowing the language, it's about fitting in?
