Did I get hacked? ._.

I was just playing and I warped from cp1 to cp2. I got stuck on the loading screen which happens more often so I shut down the game and tried starting it again. I open the launcher, type in my info and click log in. I get the pop up saying my email/password was wrong. I typed it in again, got the same message. I restarted my comp and tried again. Still the same. I can still log in fine with another account so it's not the game.

I went onto the outspark site to reset my things, so I clicked reset password, type in my email and it says it's the wrong email. I tried retrieving my email, but it was sent to some email, but not mine.

Did I get hacked? What can I do? Someone HELP!

They cannot change the original security settings you used in the account.

Go to the e-mail site you registered @ Outspark with and answer your security questions. Once you have your e-mail account back, you can regain your game account.

dont they send a email to u at first to open it cuz if they did use that
and if u got hacked ima cry look at ur lvls even though i dont really now
u that well ima feel bd i hope u get it back

This might sound really stupid, but I don't really get what you mean. It's not that my email got hacked. My game accounts email adress got changed and thus my username.

like the email u use cant be changed it just wouldnt
work then the hole thign would be deleted because
its runed off ur email if they cahnge it i dont think it
will work idn lol

I know for sure now my email got changed, cause it is available for a new account. My username, however, isn't.

hmm thats really wierd i dont no wut to say now al u can do
i guess tell ur guildie and new account and get them to plvl
u as fast as they can so u can be same lvl again i feel really
sry for u

Unfortunately power lvlinv was made impossible. At least at the lvls they're at. Guess I'll have to wait for a reply from the customer service.

Translation of lvramires message:

Go to the site that you use to check your email. Below the log in should be something like "forgot password/name". Click that. From there, it should lead you through a series of security questions to change your password.

Change your email password.

Then go to Outspark.com, and do the same thing.

If not, email support@outspark.com with your story and your old log in info and a screen shot of you on the account, as proof the account does belong to you.

You can either choose 'Reset Password' or 'Retrieve Email'.

If you choose to reset your password you have to fill in your email. Cause my email has been changed it says the one I used to use is invalid.

If you choose retrieve email you gotta fill in your username and then something get sent to your email. Of course I'm unable to retrieve that cause the account's email has been changed.

I already sent in a ticket to costumer support, and I might just actually send them an email too.
