That's a quasi-private message board. If you post something there, only you and the mods/admins can see it. It's to handle private issues with all of the mods, instead of a PM or so. That way everyone can see what everyone says.

^^ What he said. It is basically somewhere, where if you want to talk to the mods/admins about an issue you can post a thread in there and only the mods/admins plus you can see it. No other members can view your thread, it remains private. It helps us to work out issues easier instead of everyone having to be copied on PMs with their responses.
