Really simple question...

I'm in the character info screen, lets say I'm looking at my SPR stat. So it looks like...

SPR: # (+#)

Is the (+#) the total amount of points I've spent increasing that stat?

Seems like a dumb question, I know, but I need to know for sure. XD
