That the stupid annoying msn auto message stuff has now migrated to emails!!

(You know, those that goes "Hey there! John I tried on this weight losing program from www.xxxx.com and it really works! we think you should try it too!")

I just got an email like from someone on my email list... I bet you more stupid friends are gonna fall for emails like that and more spams to go around ~.~

That's how the vast majority of worms get spread, via the infected user's own contact list.
