Ok, pinch up your nose, really tight, and close your mouth, and now sneeze, and it should be ok.
if that doesn't work, my aunt said chewing gum works

Ya I tried that more than once. But my left ear is fine so I think all of whatever it's doing is escaping out my left ear.

oh, you can use a cork(sp?), those things you use to open wines, and unplug yourself

I had that happen to me once too, was there for like at least 4 hours after I went snowboarding D:
I think I ate hot dinner and it went back to normal o-o;
