Turning off sound in the arcade

Well, just like the topic says, I was wondering if there was any way I could turn off the sound in the arcade...It was a bit disconcerting having Death Metal play on winamp and then suddenly some sound pops up from the games(heh death metal doesn't really blend in with other genres). So is there any way?

hmmm as far as i know... that depends on the game... most games have options that allows u to turn the sound off... like Pacman is M or S or something...

otherwise... not sure

I don't think we can do anything about the sound thing. Those functions comes with the game itself which we have no control over.

I would love to turn off the sound of Snake any time. That "DOH!" when I crash scares me all the time.

Actually, there's a different version (of the same game) of Snake on Facebook that allows you to press M to turn off the sound. But... I guess we don't get that function here.

LOL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

coz i'm use to playing without sounds at work..

then once i went home to play and i hit the wall.. and GAME OVER and DOH! pops up i almost fell out of my chair!!
