...isnt it kinda innappropriate to make jokes about the kid? he obviously is either depressed or has some kind of mental problems. try to look through his eyes before you start trying to make jokes at his expence. Or, better yet, dont make jokes at all, and take it as an oppertunity to mourn for the lowness of humankind.

And? Everyone deals with shit. Not everyone thinks shooting people at a school is the way to do it. He is a jackass of the highest caliber and I'll make fun of the little bastard if I see fit. Come down off your cross, some people might need the wood.

You're right. i dont think what he did was right in the slightest. and it's not the right way to deal with things. however, you dont know what he went through. For all we know he might have some form of mental issue. Perhaps someone shoved his head in the toilet once more, which broke off some kind of bipolar chain reaction or something. :/

SO WHAT IF IT DID? He could be a manic-depressive albino midget with Asperger and Down Syndromes and I'd still make fun of him if he tried to kill a teacher, then himself, and failed at both. Teacher is fine, precious snowflake shot himself and will hopefully die soon (especially before he breeds), and all is well in the world after a little spackle on the walls and a mop.

*shrugs* im just saying, it's possible it was caused by something deeper. you cant always write it off as him being an ass. it's just as possible that he has severe mental issues and couldnt really control his actions, as he wasnt in his right mind.

It's possible when the trail of impact misses critical regions of the brain, especially if the primitive brain (midbrain, medulla, etc.) is intact as the structures in this region regulates primary functions such as breathing. It's extremely rare but several survival tales exist. The post-surgery implications, however, will mean changes in behaviours and emotions, or summarily, personalities and/or even motor deficits.
