Question about the Kindom Quest

As topic... I'm lvl 14 now, but i cant join any of the Kindom Quests><
I asked in the game, but still...
can anyone please give me a full example?
like...if the recruit time is 00:14~00:36
when and where should i go and what shuold i bring so i can join the quest??

Alright I'll make a quick run down.

If you want to join the 00:14~00:36 be ready at 12:14 am, basically be ready to join at the first time listing. These times are pacific standard times(PST/GMT-8). You don't need to bring anything special and you can join it anywhere(There is a button to the left of your map).
