Character Outline and Loading Screens?

My character outlines don't work. x.x On my sister's computer she has the outlines and loading screens too, [which I don't have. ] I played around with the graphic settings but it just stays the same. Help?

so u've ticked and unticked the character outline settings and it doesnt work?

did u click "apply" after u ticked it?

^ what hessah said. Once I took off interface but when I tryed to put it back on I didn't press apply and I was like...wtf? And I went 2 days trying to play without interface

It doesn't even preview what the outline will look like, like on my sisters' computer..

it could have something to do with ur graphics card not being able to render certain things... is ur computer older than ur sisters?

Fiesta requires quite an updated/new graphics card to run everything properly...

you may want to try update ur driver..... (make sure u do a system restore back up 1st though, in case you dont like the result)
