[Server Latency] Update - 08/13/2015

Hey everyone,



As you have reported multiple times we currently experience huge latency issues on the Fiesta servers.

Our IT and the developer are investigating the issue and technicians are on-location at the data center working on a solution.

So far there is no 100% accurate explanation for the issue but we're working on it and will fix it as soon as possible.

We will keep updating you frequently as we work toward a fix of the issue.



Because its not related to server capacity - a simple restart will not fix the issue.

We will however be restarting the servers as soon as the cause has been identified.

The downtime of this emergency maintenance would be estimated at 60 minutes.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will resolve this issue for you asap.
