Some stuff added.

• 30 new licenses. 27 with completed information. (Yes, Icy, I got it right this time! xD)
  
  
• Some data and all icons for all level 110 weapons. Most of the stats (except block rate and price) will be added later once the stats for our version are released.
  
  
• Icons and tables added for all the new (114-119) armor. Before anyone corrects the levels, like someone did when I put 102 as the level for 10x boots, please just don't. They are all correct and final, unless I said one pair of 11x armor (pants for example) is 117 and another is 118.

And I'm starting to redo all the icons that I can to make them GIF, because icons in Fiesta look much better in GIF than JPG. Less grainy.

And Triumph is trying to make my summary usage percentage go down! Yep!

GIF files tend to be smaller for such small icons.
