The title is Project Akira. Any seasoned anime fan will get hte reference.
Akira is a manga about a project done in Japan to create a boy psychic. It doesnt end well, as the boy turns into a god and completely eradicates tokyo before going into a slumber.
Later, long story short, a boy named Tetsuo somehow gains Akira's powers or something, it's been a while since i read it. The movie ends with him basically destroying the universe and starting a new one. As he does this, he says what is currently the thread title.
Also, earlier, it was just an eerie picture of some lab lights.
SO. To summarize:
I felt it was funny because of the ominous picture, as well as the title of the stream along with the similarity between tesuto and tetsuo.
