i like that more than your current one and you don't have to get better it is about finding a technique you like and sticking with it and as long as you are happy with it than that is all that matters if not try experimenting
also i have always liked the way you do your brushing i always find it hard to do.

I like it! :D Nice choice of font and colour palette. ^^

You can try creating sigs without c4d's. xD
I don't use them very much, as I find that they kind of clutter up the sig when you layer them over and over again. Of course, when they're used right, they can be very pretty, but brushes and vector shapes can also create a very nice effect!
