Boogy Nights?

Best place to find them? I have been walking around the sea of greed where they say you can find them, but no such luck. So any suggestions or are they just much harder to spot them some of the others

You can also try the bamboo forest near the Dark Elf. Enter Forest of Mist from Elderine and go towards the right across the bridge. Might be easier there.

That, or quadrant E3 on Sea of Greed.
