I would go for HTC. I like android and it's really fun, or BlackBerry.

Samsung fascinate. I like TouchWiz better then SenseUI. Personal opinion though. My friend has an Incredible and it's a pretty good phone. I just hate the ui of it.

ended up going with the htc. asked somewhere else as well and counting votes from here and there it seems most people prefer it and what i've read on it didn't differentiate the two too much.
