1. Do Europeans get to stay now? :D Or did I miss an announcement about European bans?

2. Where do you get Visa gift cards? I've combed my way through all the probable stores and haven't found a place where you can buy Visa gift cards LOL.

1. Yes? Gamigo said they won't IP ban US people until Outspark bans European people, so I guess neither will.

2. I want those too. @.@" Or that "Ultimate Game Card" thing. I think they have those at Target or Walmart.

You can get Visa gift cards at any bank, but I think you have to have an account at the bank. Wal-Mart has the Wal-Mart Visa gift cards that you can just buy and take to the register to put money on them, but it cost more money to recharge those compared to the normal vis gift cards you can get from the bank. Wal-Mart ones are rechargeable though, so I guess that's a huge plus.

I still prefer the bank ones because the Wal Mart ones can go into the freaking negatives if you don't actively use it (they take like a dollar off every month if you don't use it that month). Right now I'm at -10$ or something like that.

1. Anyone who made an account prior to 14th July will get to keep their account, no matter where they are.

Anyone in German Austria and Switzerland who makes an account after that date will be banned.
