A Secretive Request

The quest called "A Secretive Request" you get at lvl 47 where you have to collect goblin captain helms, can you do that only in lvl 47 or can you do it all the time cuz it takes some time to do it at lvl 47

As far as im aware, its a one level repeat. You get wearbaears after that.

44~46 is werebears. xP

47 = Goblin cpt. You can do it only at that lv (As i think)
